Stree Shawbhiman is a transformative initiative by Strivajin Foundation dedicated to improving women’s livelihood and promoting health and hygiene across India. Our mission is to create a sustainable network of women-led sanitary pad production units, directly connecting producers with beneficiaries. This initiative not only provides women with meaningful employment but also ensures that affordable, high-quality sanitary products are easily accessible to women in need, helping to reduce inflation in the hygiene product market.
Our focus is to build a self-sustaining ecosystem where women from rural and urban areas can manufacture, distribute, and benefit from affordable sanitary products, promoting menstrual hygiene and providing a steady source of income to women producers.
To create a future where every woman has access to affordable menstrual hygiene products and where women-led sanitary pad production units provide a sustainable livelihood to women across India.
To empower women by setting up sanitary pad production units and sanitary marts across India, providing employment opportunities while ensuring that quality hygiene products reach women in need. By connecting producers directly with beneficiaries, we aim to reduce product costs and make menstrual hygiene accessible to all.
Establish sanitary pad production units across the country to provide women with stable income and entrepreneurial opportunities.

Our initiative not only empowers women but also contributes to the local economy by creating jobs and fostering a sustainable supply chain for hygiene products.
We are always looking for passionate individuals, organizations, and companies to join us in our mission to promote women’s health, hygiene, and empowerment. Here’s how you can get involved:
