From cutting-edge technology like AI and computer skills to traditional and eco-friendly practices like pearl farming and agro-based products, STEP offers a diverse array of training opportunities to equip women with the skills they need to build sustainable careers.
Our mission is to bridge the gap between skill acquisition and employment by connecting women to government training centers, private sector opportunities, and entrepreneurship resources. We provide hands-on training, mentorship, and direct connections to job placements, ensuring women have the tools they need to succeed in today’s competitive job market.
