STEP (Streeshakti Training and Employment Program) is a comprehensive initiative by Strivajin Foundation, designed to empower women and girls through vocational training across a variety of fields. From cutting-edge technology like AI and computer skills to traditional and eco-friendly practices like pearl farming and agro-based products, STEP offers a diverse array of training opportunities to equip women with the skills they need to build sustainable careers.

Our mission is to bridge the gap between skill acquisition and employment by connecting women to government training centers, private sector opportunities, and entrepreneurship resources.
