AIM

Welcome to AIM

AIM – Association of International Mentors is a flagship program of the Strivajin Foundation, dedicated to bridging the gap between talent and opportunity for underprivileged SC/ST girls. AIM connects underprivileged graduates with accomplished professionals from various fields to provide guidance, support, and opportunities for growth through internships, exchange programs, and professional mentorship.

We focus on empowering women through education, exposure, and experience, ensuring they are equipped with the tools and connections necessary to succeed in today's global landscape.
