  • Respect and Dignity: Every individual deserves to be treated with dignity and respect, regardless of gender, position, or background.
  • Zero Tolerance: Any form of sexual harassment, whether verbal, physical, or non-verbal, is strictly prohibited. This applies to all employees, volunteers, consultants, and stakeholders.
  • Confidential Reporting: Strivajin ensures a safe and confidential channel for reporting incidents of sexual harassment. Complaints will be handled with utmost discretion.
  • Internal Committee (IC): A well-constituted Internal Committee will be responsible for receiving and investigating complaints, ensuring a fair and impartial inquiry.
  • Support and Redressal: Prompt action will be taken to provide justice and support to the victim. The Internal Committee will recommend appropriate measures, including disciplinary actions, based on the investigation.
  • Awareness and Training: Regular workshops and sensitization programs will be conducted to educate employees on the importance of maintaining a harassment-free workplace.
